With years of customer service experience and working in the Insurance industry together with a BA(Hons) in business studies, various NVQ qualifications, a Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment and giving advice and carrying out research for business you can be rest assured that we know what we are doing and that when it matters we will deliver.

Chris who founded Lifetime Assist lives in Bournemouth and has had many years experience in the Insurance industry as well as customer service. Chris has worked with a number of insurers including AXA, Norwich Union, Fortis to name a few and has also dealt with managing agents, solicitors and landlords.

Chris has also brought with him Lee Candy who is a member of the Chartered Institute of management and a graduate of Sunderland Business School with a BA(Hons). Lee has dealt with such clients as BMW, Motorola, Nokia and Siemens to name a few. Lee worked with these clients to transform a number of key accounts thus increasing productivity and reducing waste hours in a number of instances.  

Both Chris and Lee have spent all their working life dealing with the public in one way or another. Their previous job roles include account executive, team leaders, production consultants and advisers to the public and business sector.
